Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Turtz platform ("Service", "Turtz") operated by the Turtz team ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that:
You are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to the Service is prohibited.
2. Account Registration
You must sign in using an X (Twitter) account via OAuth.You are responsible for keeping your X credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to do so.You may have only one Turtz account per X account.You must complete onboarding (including selecting an avatar) before accessing the full platform.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. The Turtz Economy
3.1 XP (Experience Points)
XP is a permanent, non-spendable progression metric. XP is not a financial instrument, has no monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
3.2 iTurtz
iTurtz is an off-chain, platform-internal currency. You may earn iTurtz by playing games, completing tasks, successful whitelist applications, referrals, and admin adjustments. iTurtz may be spent in the Turtz Marketplace on cosmetics, boosters, and access items. iTurtz has no guaranteed monetary value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Seasonal expiry of iTurtz may be introduced in future seasons. You will be given reasonable notice before any such change takes effect.
3.3 $TURTZ
$TURTZ is a future on-chain token on Arc. $TURTZ is not live at the time these Terms were published. We make no representation about conversion rates, availability, or timeline. These Terms will be updated before any on-chain functionality is enabled.
4. Games
Ten lightweight browser games are available. Game sessions are validated server-side.You must not attempt to manipulate, automate, or cheat game scores. Detected cheating will result in account suspension.A daily iTurtz earnings cap applies per account.Game results are final once submitted to the server.
5. The Marketplace
iTurtz prices are displayed in-platform and may change without notice.Completed marketplace orders are final. Reversal is at our sole discretion and only available for verified platform errors.Virtual items (skins, cosmetics, boosters) are licences for in-platform use only; they are not property and cannot be resold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
6. NFT Whitelist and Social Tasks
A whitelist application process is available for the future Turtz NFT collection.Submission of false or manipulated evidence for social tasks is a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension.Whitelist decisions are made at our sole discretion. Inclusion on the whitelist does not guarantee NFT allocation; future terms for the NFT collection will govern that process.The NFT collection is not live and no minting functionality is available via the Service at this time.
7. Wallet Linking
You may optionally link an EVM-compatible wallet by signing a server-generated nonce. This proves ownership without exposing your private key.The Service does not conduct any on-chain transactions on your behalf. Wallet linking is for identity verification only.You are solely responsible for the security of your linked wallet.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Automate interactions, use bots, scripts, or AI to play games or complete tasks.Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the server-side scoring or economy.Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, exploit referral rewards, or gain an unfair advantage.Submit false evidence for tasks or whitelist applications.Harass other users or platform staff.Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Turtz name, logo, branding, game assets, and UI design are our exclusive property.Default avatars are licensed to you for in-platform use only.You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., whitelist application answers), but grant us a royalty-free licence to display and process that content as necessary to operate the Service.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
iTurtz and in-platform items have no guaranteed value. We do not guarantee the Service will be available at all times.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting legal@turtzgaming.wtf. Upon termination your licence to use the Service and all in-platform items is revoked; iTurtz balances are forfeited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
